America is getting elevated, and the numbers prove it. 📈🌿
New national survey data shows 64.2 million Americans used 🌿 in the past year. That’s 22.3% of people aged 12+, up from 19% just a few years ago. An increase of 11 million people.
Here’s what’s driving it:
→ For the first time since tracking began in 1976, young women (ages 19–30) now report higher 🌿 use than men. Researchers link use as a stress and anxiety tool rather than just recreation.
→ The herb is replacing alcohol. No hangovers, fewer calories, different social dynamics. For a growing number of people, it just fits their life better.
→ Flavored devices are now the most common method among teens who consume, with a 9% jump in eighth graders who v*ped in a single year.
→ The U.S. 🌿 market is expected to hit $47 billion in 2026 and already supports over 425,000 full-time jobs.
→ 47% of Americans have now tried the plant at least once.
This isn’t “slow normalization” anymore. It’s a full cultural shift, and the data says we haven’t hit the ceiling yet.
